Term of Use

Dear user, welcome to reading this agreement:
These terms of use apply to all users and others who download, install, register, launch, browse, access, log in to, or use the SixColor mobile application and website (referred to as "we"). These terms are a binding contract between you and us, and by accepting these terms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the individual or entity you represent. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this product. By continuing to use the product, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1. Service Description
This product is an AI image generation product based on diffusion model technology. You can upload your selected photos to this product, choose the corresponding gender and style preferences, and pay for the product to create AI-generated images for you. Any photos you submit through this product application are protected by the "Privacy Policy".
In order to provide you with a better experience and service, we may make changes, expansions, and improvements to this product from time to time. We may also stop running certain features of the application or disable certain functions of this product at any time at our discretion, without affecting your rights.
2. User Qualifications
You acknowledge that you must have the legal capacity to conduct civil activities in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China before you start using/registering to use this product and its services.
If you do not have the legal capacity to conduct civil activities as mentioned above, you should obtain the informed consent of your guardian, and you and your guardian should bear the corresponding responsibilities under the law. In particular, if you are a minor, please access and/or use this product under the consent and guidance of your guardian.
3. User Accounts and Account Security
When you access this product and agree to the relevant privacy policy and service agreement, you will obtain an account for this product. Since your account is associated with your personal information and the commercial information of this platform, your account is for your personal use only. Any unauthorized use of your account by third parties, whether direct or indirect, is invalid without the consent of this product.
In consideration of ensuring the security of user accounts, we will: provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information for your account; maintain and update your account information in a timely manner as required; and maintain the security of your account information. You are also responsible for maintaining the personal information in your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the loss of your account or the leakage of account data due to personal reasons.
If you discover or suspect any security vulnerabilities related to your account, please notify us immediately.
Please note that your relationship with third-party account providers associated with your account is governed solely by the agreement between you and such third-party service providers.
4. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand what information we need and how we handle your information when you use this product. You acknowledge and agree that your use of this product is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Behaviors and Content
You understand and agree that your content (including your account name and other information) must comply with the constitution, laws, and regulations. You understand and agree not to use the resources and information provided by this service to generate, acquire, or disseminate the following information:
- Information that opposes the fundamental principles determined by laws.
- Dissemination of false information.
- Inducing others (especially minors) to engage in illegal activities or promoting violence, pornography, or gambling.
- Insulting, defaming, or infringing upon the personal reputation, likeness, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legal rights of others.
6. Prohibited Behaviors
You must use this service and the AI-generated content in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. You understand and agree that when using this service, you will not use AI-generated content (including but not limited to images) for any defamatory, pornographic, illegal, or unauthorized purposes that violate the terms and conditions. You are prohibited from using AI-generated content for any purposes that infringe upon the personality rights, reputation rights, and other legal rights of third parties (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights).
If you violate the aforementioned provisions, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, functional restrictions, service suspension or termination, and account closure in accordance with the law and the agreement. If your violation of the aforementioned provisions causes harm to any third-party legal rights, you will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities. We also have the right to hold you liable for any losses we may suffer as a result.
7. Product Purchases
Certain features and characteristics of this product are free, but you need to pay to enjoy the service of generating images using uploaded photos to train the AI model and recharge virtual asset coins. Once you have made the payment, refunds are not supported. By agreeing to this agreement, you acknowledge that you are aware of the payment and refund policies.
You need to be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your place of residence) or have the permission of a guardian to use and purchase the content of this service. Furthermore, you can only use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes on a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable basis.
For our app products, you can purchase the content of this service through third-party platforms (such as the iOS App Store or WeChat Pay). If you purchase the content of this service from a third party, in addition to these terms, separate terms and conditions entered into with that third party may also apply to your access to this product.
8. Disclaimer
You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by the current service (i.e., AI-generated content) is generated by artificial intelligence models. While we strive to provide you with better service and content based on the photos you provide that meet the requirements, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, and functionality of the generated content, and the generated content does not represent our stance or viewpoint. You need to exercise discretion whether to rely on, publish, or use the content and information provided by this service in any other way, and agree to assume the associated risks.
You understand and agree not to rely on this service for advice or information in the fields of medicine, law, finance, or any other professional domain. Any AI content provided in these fields by this service is for reference purposes only and cannot replace the advice of qualified professionals.
This product attaches great importance to the quality of generated images and strictly complies with laws and regulations. The generated images have undergone continuous filtering of sensitive data and visuals. However, it is not possible to completely eliminate the possibility of flaws, inconsistencies, or elements that may cause discomfort. If you encounter such a situation, we welcome and thank you for providing feedback to help us identify issues and make improvements in a timely manner.
Except for other rules published by our platform or other documents signed with users, we reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate activity pages based on commercial judgment.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this "User Service Agreement" at any time according to changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of our platform services. Such updates constitute a part of this agreement. Modified, supplemented, or amended agreements ("Changes") will be notified to you through page announcements, pop-ups, in-site messages, or other means before this agreement takes effect. Before continuing to use our services, please carefully read the updated version of this agreement. If you continue to use our services, it means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the revised "User Service Agreement." The updated agreement will take effect from the date specified on the agreement homepage. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using our platform services from the effective date determined by the Changes.
