Therefore, we have established this privacy policy to explain how we handle your information and protect your privacy when you use the SixColor (referred to as "the product") and our services. We believe that you have the right to understand our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when using the product and services. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth here, please do not use the product and services.

1. Information We Collect and Purpose of Processing Your Information

Our mission is to continuously improve our software and services and provide you with new or better experiences. As part of this task, we collect the necessary information, and if you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our product or service. If any new purpose arises for processing your personal data, we will notify you by making appropriate changes to this privacy policy before processing information related to that new purpose begins.

1.1 Information You Submit

Account Information: When you use a third-party platform to log in, you can choose to grant us permission to access the relevant information under your third-party account (including avatar, nickname, etc., subject to the content of your authorization), for the purpose of creating an account for this product.
Photos You Upload: The purpose of processing this information is solely for AI-based image generation, aiming to provide you with more exquisite AI-generated images. The acquisition of this information is necessary for the performance of the final service. Therefore, during this process, you can voluntarily grant us access to the camera or album permissions on your mobile device to retrieve the photos you choose to upload. We neither retain nor share such photos with any third party.
Gender-related Information: When you use the AI-based image generation function of this product, we will ask you to select the gender to be associated with the AI-generated images. This information is only used to generate images based on the specified gender. For example, if you choose to identify yourself as female, you will receive images that are traditionally more feminized. There are no purposes for collecting gender information or gender discrimination.

1.2 Automatically Collected Personal Data

When you use this product, we or third parties we authorize may automatically collect certain information, including personal data (subject to your consent if required by law). The automatically collected information may include:

Device Information: Information about your mobile device and internet connection, including your Android_ID, IP address, unique device identifier, operating system and version, mobile network information, device type, and device language.
Application and Regional Information: Information about the version of the application you are using and the version of the application store downloaded in your country/region.
Usage Details: Detailed information about your use of this product, including usage frequency, usage of various features, etc., to help us better understand your usage patterns and issues and provide you with better service and experience.
Detailed Information about Purchases Made within this Product: If you use this product and make purchases, we will collect information related to your payment, including the purchase time and amount.

1.3 Processing of Information

In order to generate AI images for you, it is necessary to train the model based on facial features using the uploaded photos, with your permission. The functionality of generating new AI images based on uploaded photos relies on the technical framework of the Stable Diffusion Model. Your uploaded photos will be temporarily stored on our servers, and we will use your photos to train the data based on that model, ultimately generating image data for creating personalized AI images. Once the AI images are successfully generated, your original photos will be permanently deleted from our servers. We will never use your personal data to train and/or create separate artificial intelligence/products without your permission. Please feel free to use our product.

2. Protection of Personal Information

We take preventive measures, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Ensuring the security of your personal information is of paramount importance to us. We communicate our privacy and security guidelines to all employees and strictly enforce privacy protection measures within the company. However, no transmission method over the Internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure. If your personal information is compromised due to security breaches and unauthorized use, we will notify you immediately in accordance with applicable laws and do our best to protect your information security rights.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Except in the following circumstances, we will not share any personal information we collect from you with any third party:

If we are required by law to disclose your information, we may share your information with legitimate law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities and third parties as needed (such as detecting, preventing, or otherwise addressing fraud, security, or technical issues); responding to requests or complying with any legal process, subpoena, or governmental request; or protecting the rights, property, or personal safety of our users, partners, or the public. Data sharing in such cases will be carried out with absolute legal protection and compliance with the process.
If the company undergoes business transitions such as mergers or acquisitions, mergers, changes in control, restructuring, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be included in the transferred assets as needed and selectively.

4. How We Retain Your Personal Data

We usually retain your personal information until the fulfillment of the contract between us and the compliance with our legal obligations. If you no longer wish us to use the information we have accessed and stored, you can request the erasure of your personal information and the closure of your account.

In particular, facial data in this product is only used for identification, extraction, and manipulation during the functional usage process, with no storage involved.

However, certain data may still be stored for a period of time if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations (taxation, accounting, auditing) or for security and data backup purposes to prevent fraud or other malicious activities.

You have the right to access, modify, correct, or delete any personal data we may collect.

5. Account Cancellation and Privacy Handling

The specific account cancellation process can be completed in the following steps: You can go to "Log in to the app" - "Click on the upper-right corner for settings" - "Click on account cancellation" - "Read and confirm the notes". After you confirm and complete the account cancellation process, we will delete all assets under that account, including generated images, coins, finished and unfinished image creations and tasks, all models and image information related to that account, and the account itself. This action cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution.

6. Privacy Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the software interface. Your continued use of the software and services will be deemed as acceptance of such updates. All other rights not expressly stated in this policy remain the property of the company. The company reserves the right to have the final interpretation of this policy.
